Fareeda Stokes is CEO and Founder of Harkes Realty & Associates, a full-service real estate brokerage, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She stresses that the associates of the brokerage utilize their consulting, management, and teaching skills to help homebuyers realize their dream of becoming homeowners; sellers realize their maximum income potential; and investors increase their property portfolio (and income!). The pillars of Harkes Realty & Associates are Integrity, Quality Customer Service, and Education.

- Is a licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor
- Serves as a Mercer County Board of Taxation Commissioner
- Is a founding and active member of BFIRE Enterprises, LLC (Black Females Investing in Real Estate)
- Serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid Jersey Association of Realtors.
- Serves on following committees through the Mid Jersey Association of Realtors: Professional Standards (Co-chair, Mediator and Ombudsperson) and Manager’s Forum
- Is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business’ Entrepreneurship Pioneer Institute, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, the Founder’s First First CDC, and the United Developer’s Academy
- Served as Past Housing Chair of the NAACP- Trenton Chapter
- Is an active member of the following organizations: National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Fareeda graduated from the Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ) and Northwestern University (Evanston, IL). She earned her Real Estate license in 2002 and her Broker’s license in 2010. Throughout her career, Fareeda has been a consistent top producer, receiving numerous Circle of Excellence Awards through the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
She currently resides in the Mercer County area with her husband. She and her husband Terrance are the proud parents of 4 adult children.
